When the Heels were struggling for consistency in the offense and looking for a way to cool down the Dukies, one man answered the call; Brandan Wright. A 6'9" freshman with a 7'4" wingspan. He changed the game with one play. Early in the 2nd half, Wright was beaten on a cut to the basket. Instead of grabbing and fouling or turning up court, Wright used his freaky quickness to catch up and then swatted the ball away. Brandan finished the night 9-12 from the field. I can only hope that some of these guys decide to stay more than a year or two. If they do, they can do some special things.
