Nerd Alert! Nerd Alert!

I just ordered a new computer case from NewEgg. I'm going to take the parts from my old Compaq Presario and build a simple computer to run Linux Ubuntu. I've been wanting to explore a new OS for a while. I bought a Linux book at Barnes and Noble while I was in Charleston, and since I'm going to be at home for the next week recovering from surgery, I'm going to take advantage of the time and build it. If it works, then I will have 3 computers in the house for 2 adults to use.
